Article Critique

[edit]

The definition and the function of polymer are provided but not so details, some of the sentences are not really easy to comprehend when read the first time. The article has right format and good amount of references, with the addition of external link about the structure of polysome.

What I would like to add:

I would want to provide more details about the function of polysomes as well as what (molecules that support), how polysomes are made, and how polysomes in brain are elucidated. Also, I would like to add some information about the analysis of polysomes in bacteria and mammalian translatomes. Talk a little bit about the three forms of polysomes (structure), which are free, cytoskeletal-bound and membrane-bound. If possible, I would like to at a picture or more of polysome for visualizing.
