User name

[edit]

Why change your user name but not make a link?

Second you asserted that LCHF is a cult or fad but your own profile page says you believe references and citations are important. Please can you suggest any references for your assertion that LCHF is a dangerous fad or cult? And anyone supporting it is a charlatan?Boddisatva 17:40, 17 December 2018 (UTC)

(talk page stalker) The changing of a user name doesn't automatically create a redirect from the previous user name, nor is one necessarily required. It would be at MM's discretion as to the placing of a redirect from their previous user name. StrikerforceTalk 17:45, 17 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
RPainter per privacy issues, my username was changed. You are not aloud to know the details about this [1]. I have replied on your talk-page to your other questions. MatthewManchester1994 (talk) 20:42, 17 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Most users happily keep a link. Those who do not often have something to hide. Why are the Cereales Killer, Skeptic from Britain and MatthewManchester1994 IDs seemingly linked? (And I notice your sudden outbreak of Franglais - "aloud" instead of "allowed".Boddisatva 11:16, 18 December 2018 (UTC)
(talk page stalker) Are you accusing @Céréales Killer: of somehow being in collusion with or even being the same person as MM? You do realize that CK has been a registered user of the English Wikipedia since 2005, has just under 18K edits to this Wikipedia and about 96,000 global contributions across all versions of Wikipedia, right? There is no link between MM and CK other than the fact that CK performed the page move from MM's previous user name. Please move on from the issue. (talk page stalker) I'd also be curious what backing you have for this "Those who do not often have something to hide", which is rather problematic and counter to AGF. StrikerforceTalk 14:45, 18 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Watch the lead

[edit]

Hello! Thanks for adding some publications to the article C. Stuart Gager. However, when you added a section header, you created a one-sentence lead section that no longer summarizes the important elements of the article. See MOS:LEAD for more info. Note that stubs and other very short articles may not need a lead section at all (MOS:BODY and MOS:LEAD#Stubs), as the information in a stub paragraph is likely to be essentially identical to what would be in a lead section of a longer article, and sections consisting of only one or two sentences are discouraged. ArbCom 2019 election voter message

[edit]
Hello! Voting in the 2019 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 on Monday, 2 December 2019. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2019 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:23, 19 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
