Edits to Gibraltar article

[edit]

Thank you for your edits but unfortunately I have had to revert them. You may be able to resolve the problems and resubmit.

  • Wikipedia does not permit external links in body text like this. But you could certainly cite the Gibraltar coastguard agency in support of the sentence, if it does actually support it. Otherwise it goes in the External Links section.
  • Wikipedia does not cite itself, see WP:CIRCULAR, as that way madness lies. This policy applies to other language wikipedias too. But maybe ES.wikipedia has a citation that you might use?

Again, welcome to Wikipedia. --John Maynard Friedman (talk) 12:10, 25 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, your second version is just what I had in mind. Thank you. --John Maynard Friedman (talk) 17:34, 25 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
