Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you.  Tiddly Tom  22:57, 16 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion of Valesaro

[edit]

A tag has been placed on Valesaro, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia per CSD g11.

Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not meet basic Wikipedia criteria may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as an appropriate article, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is appropriate, you may contest the tagging. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the article and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag) and leave a note on the page's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. - Realkyhick (Talk to me) 00:54, 26 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not remove speedy deletion notices from articles you have created yourself. Please use the {{hangon}} template on the page instead if you disagree with the deletion. Thank you.

Your posting of articles about your own company violates guidelines for advertising and conflicts of interest. - Realkyhick (Talk to me) 01:25, 26 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Vandalism warning

[edit]

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. -- Merope 14:30, 26 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

NONE OF WHAT I DID OR PUT UP ON HERE WAS BREAKING ANY RULES. I AM NOT ADVERTISING, NOR PROMOTING ANYTHING. ARE YOU ALL A BUNCH OF HOMOSEXUAL LOSERS, OR WHAT?!?!?!?!?! Valesaro 14:33, 26 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Yes. Every single person on Wikipedia is a homosexual. Also, your edits include spamming, self-promotion, and personal attacks. You're getting one last chance. -- Merope 14:35, 26 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
This is your last warning.
The next time you vandalize Wikipedia, you will be blocked from editing. - Realkyhick (Talk to me) 18:55, 26 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Then tell me this please. If other film stars and companies can be listed on here, then why can't I? Does Wikipedia not believe in fairness and equality? I think it's reasonable to assume that if George Lucas or Steven Spielberg can have a listing then so can I. I am a film producer and director with my own motion picture company. Please advise. Thank you. Valesaro 09:30, 27 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Um. George Lucas and Steven Spielberg are what we call "notable"; they are the subject of multiple, non-trivial, independent published sources, have won major awards, and basically meet the criteria set forth in our notability criteria for persons. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, and is thus used to chronicle subjects that have already been covered in secondary sources. It is not a tool for self-promotion. -- Merope 12:45, 27 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
