Information icon Hello, I'm Jaellee. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Marco Reus, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. --Jaellee (talk) 22:39, 5 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you Jaellee for pointing that out, I shall look for verifiable sources to add to my claims. VP Gerudo (talk) 12:37, 10 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Block on your IP

[edit]

In regard to the email you sent me, your account, this account, is not directly blocked. The block on the IP probably is due to the conduct of someone using it, not you, as you seem to be editing constructively.

You can use another IP if it is not blocked (I would advise against using a VPN as many of them rely on open proxies. If you can't find any options that work for you, you can request IP block exemption by following the procedure at WP:IPECPROXY (Although, be forewarned, that may take some time as the checkusers are overwhelmed with work and processing those requests is not their primary duty). Hello Mr. Case, greatly appreciate the quick and timely response from your end. I understand the use of a VPN is generally prohibited in such cases and I personally am not aware of anyone else using Wikipedia to contribute information and edit on the platform other than me in the premises, no one else is connected to my home's Wi-Fi router either. If not my particular IP is it something got to do with ISP on a whole? I shall be patient with this issue and try the procedure you suggested.
Thanks and regards,
VP Gerudo. VP Gerudo (talk) 09:50, 4 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
