Deletion of Intellectual Property Law program

It was deleted because it was a blatant copyright violation of [1]. You may not copy/paste text from a website without explicit, provable permission from the copyright holder releasing their rights. I suggest you do not write about your organization. Wikipedia strives for a neutral point of view.
