General (probably stupid) question regarding the Slowbro edit

[edit]

Is it/has it always been standard policy to remove the strategy bits from the Pokémon articles? I'd guess without looking that a fair majority of the 400whatever articles have something similar in them, so I'm wondering if you did it with a poor rationale or if I can delete any strategic stuff I see in future articles. Sorry for asking and thanks in advance! --ArrEmmDee 02:34, 14 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Edits to the Pokemon video games sections

[edit]

Hi there. I noticed you've been quite active in removing strategy guide content from the Pokemon pages - good work with that, by the way - such as the Skarmory and Jumpluff articles. However, I came across this guideline page:[[1]], which seems to indicate that some general descriptions of strategy is permitted. From that, it seems like your deletion of huge chunks of the articles seems a bit like overkill.

I understand that Wikipedia is not a game guide, but would you agree that it would be better to edit the "in the video games" sections to have more general descriptions, rather than outright removal?

Thanks. Bhamv 12:16, 15 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Oh yeah, movesets should definately go. I've been deleting them too. Cheers. :) Bhamv 07:37, 16 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Elfe/Helffer

[edit]

Hey, just looking over the Before Crisis page and noticed the slight conflict going on there over Mrs. Avalanche's name, so thought you might like to know there's at least one official source, the Reunion Files, that gives her Romanised name as Elfe. It's used in its brief summary of Before Crisis. It isn't much (particularly given said Files manages to use Veld and Verdot on the same page), but it's the only say it on from Square that I know of, and its used consistently in the few mentions of her. --Made2Fade 00:07, 19 January 2007 (UTC) [reply]

Pokemon articles

[edit]

Hey Urutapu, you are doing a good job with the Pokemon articles. Keep up the good work. Red Director 02:33, 21 January 2007 (UTC) [reply]

Hi Urutapu!

[edit]

I wanted to thank you for your recent edits to Pokemon items, but I also just wanted to let you know that it's helpful to other editors to always fill in an edit summary so they don't necessarily have to check each change you've made. Thankfully, most of the edits you make are very beneficial to the Pokemon project so that means edit summaires are even more helpful because other editors can trust you and not have to load a bunch of diffs (for most anon edits, people are going to double check what the edit was neways). -ΖαππερΝαππερ BabelAlexandria 16:17, 22 January 2007 (UTC) [reply]

Trauma Center: Angie's Japanese name is, in fact, Ange!

[edit]

Her Japanese name is spelled in English as "Ange". See http://www.atlus.co.jp/cs/game/ds/kad/chara/chara001.html - It would be conventionally romanized as Anju, though. WhisperToMe 00:08, 26 January 2007 (UTC) [reply]

Final Fantasy Limit's Page
[edit]

Hey someone started the FFVII Limit breaks, I just finished it up, that all it was. 02:47, 13 February 2007 (UTC)~Brandon

Good catch on Charizard.

[edit]

Yes, I was trying to fool you. All in the good spirit of anarchy, of course. :D

A while back, somebody canned the article about my comic that had existed for over two months without question just because they didn't agree with a forum policy of mine. So, sometimes I can't contain my rage against the system and I lash out by vandalizing Pokemon pages.

@_@

Or somehting like that. ^_^ —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 67.60.59.251 (talk) 06:04, 13 February 2007 (UTC).[reply]
