[edit]Hello, I'm Launchballer. I noticed that you made an edit concerning content related to a living (or recently deceased) person on Ana Roš, but you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now. Wikipedia has a very strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate and clear. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you! Launchballer 07:54, 23 June 2024 (UTC)
- Dear Launchballer, my name is Urban Stojan Roš, and I am responsible for the registered and protected trademark of Ana Roš. I have noticed that you have reviewed the information about her on the Wikipedia. I have now twice reverted/undone your revisions, as you state false facts. I kindly ask you to restrain from changing real facts and replacing them with false ones. For any further information, you are welcome to contact us via email via our webpage. Best regards, Urban UrbanStojan (talk) 10:01, 23 June 2024 (UTC)
- Your edits are violations of our policy on biographies of living persons and will be continuously reverted if you insist on readding them.--Launchballer 10:03, 23 June 2024 (UTC)
- I asked you kindly not to publish false and misleading information. This is my last friendly warning, after this I will be forced to involve Wikipedia, law enforcement and legal action as you are causing unrepeatable damage to Ana Roš. Best regards, Urban UrbanStojan (talk) 10:06, 23 June 2024 (UTC)

Please do not add unreferenced or poorly referenced information, especially if controversial, to articles or any other page on Wikipedia about living (or recently deceased) persons, as you did to Ana Roš. Thank you. Launchballer 09:55, 23 June 2024 (UTC)
- Dear Launchballe, I have undone your changes as the information you published is false information and is misleading. That causes harm to the trademark of Ana Roš. I kindly ask you to restrain from publishing false information. Best regards, Urban UrbanStojan (talk) 10:04, 23 June 2024 (UTC)
Your recent edits could give Wikipedia contributors the impression that you may consider legal or other "off-wiki" action against them, or against Wikipedia itself. Please note that making such threats on Wikipedia is strictly prohibited under Wikipedia's policies on legal threats and civility. Users who make such threats may be blocked. If you have a dispute with the content of any page on Wikipedia, please follow the proper channels for dispute resolution. Please be sure to comment on content, not contributors, and where possible make specific suggestions for changes supported by reliable independent sources and focusing especially on verifiable errors of fact. Thank you. Launchballer 10:09, 23 June 2024 (UTC)
- It is also strictly prohibited to publish false information about living persons, and that is what you are doing. By tomorrow, our legal department will be notified and will push the necessary actions. UrbanStojan (talk) 10:12, 23 June 2024 (UTC)
- I have started a dispute resolution. Nevertheless, our legal team will review tomorrow. Until the I kindly ask you and your friends to leave the fact we published and are backed by various facts as Michelin guide, authority documents and other untouched. You can always ask me to provide proof and we will do so. UrbanStojan (talk) 10:32, 23 June 2024 (UTC)
- Message typed by my wife, whos information you keep editing and replacing with false information:
- "Hi, my name is Ana Roš Stojan and not Ana Roš.
- I am a three Michelin star chef from Slovenia. I am also one of the two women in the world to hold three red stars and one green. I have been holding 3+1 stars since 2023, and I was confirmed 3+1 stars 10 days ago.
- You continue changing my Wikipedia profile which is correct to the last information and misleading people with fake information.
- This is fraud and I feel being stolen my personality and credits for my work.
- Just wondering who are you to continue doing it?" UrbanStojan (talk) 11:28, 23 June 2024 (UTC)

. Bbb23 (talk) 12:54, 23 June 2024 (UTC)- Some notes for you to consider:
- "I am responsible to handle the information about Ana Roš" - You do not own the article.
- "You can always ask me to provide proof and we will do so." - No, it's your responsibility to provide the source material when you edit the article. See WP:BLP, WP:RS, WP:V, WP:IS & WP:VNT.
- You have a conflict of interest and should not be editing the article. You should use the edit request wizard to ask for edits to be made on your behalf.
- "Just wondering who are you" - You'll note that nobody has asked you to prove you are who you claim to be. Mostly we don't care. What we do care about is that the information you add is properly sourced. Being the subject of the article, or claiming to be, does not excuse you from the responsibility of providing verifiable sources for the changes you make, or request to be made. Cabayi (talk) 13:17, 23 June 2024 (UTC)
- Expanding on the first point:
- The subject of a Wikipedia article has no right of ownership or control over its content. Being the subject of an article gives you no special privileges to dictate its content and/or insist that it remain at a version that you prefer. Of course, we strive for articles to be accurate, fair and neutral, but they can only reflect what has already been published in reliable sources that are independent of the subject.
- If you feel that there is a problem, then the proper way to resolve this is explained at Wikipedia:Contact us/Article subjects. Edit warring and threats of legal action are the swiftest way to get your account blocked. You are free to pursue legal action if you wish, but you cannot edit Wikipedia again until the legal threats are retracted. --Drm310 🍁 (talk) 20:48, 24 June 2024 (UTC)
