[edit]The teahouse isn't a advertising place. and in the words of Hoary, When you see a question to which you believe you can provide an informed, lucid and helpful answer, then provide the answer. When you're not sure, can't phrase your answer well, or realize that your answer would add very little to existing answers, then don't.
