As mentioned in the previous discussion's close, that particular nomination went against years of precedent to deleting templates like it. I don't see any harm two years later in re-nominating it (though maybe looking to see why that one "failed" would be useful). If you want more help, change the {{help me-helped}} back into a {{help me}}, stop by the Teahouse, or Wikipedia's live help channel, or the help desk to ask someone for assistance.
