Request reason:

I actually have no idea why I was blocked. I rarely edit but when I do it's always to improve an article, usually a math article since I'm a mathematician. I think I may have been banned unintentionally.

Presumably you are affected by some kind of block affecting your IP address, but without knowing what block or what IP address we can't do anything about it. I am closing this unblock request for now to prevent numerous administrators from wasting time by coming along to review it, but please feel very welcome to post another unblock request with information from the message you see telling you that you can't edit, such as the IP address.
