Rewrite of the Storyline, Talk:Thief: Deadly Shadows
[edit]I have added the rewrite tag to the article; the storyline is a mess, and not quite what I was expecting.. That's more of a 'brief look at the levels' than the actual storyline. Cheers. Unconscious 21:19, 2 May 2007 (UTC)
- I've rewritten the Mission Overview (see Thief: Deadly Shadows#Story) in order to make it more like a story than a Game-Guide. Hope that helps! Where should I remove the "rewrite tag" from? (If at all)
- The original expanded text can be found here at the Thief Gaming Wikia.

Nuts
[edit]You beat me to the revert on the Gerard Way article. You're a quick one. Heh. I issued him a warning-- he's had around three already this month. Unconscious 10:28, 19 June 2007 (UTC)
- Haha, thanks for giving him the warning, it slipped my mind! :s The Gerard vandalism is getting old... as is the Eliza Cuts stuff- speaking of which, great job on deterring all of that gossip on the talk page! Seen you around a lot there. Cheers- CattleGirl talk 10:34, 19 June 2007 (UTC)
- Yeah. This is what I love about Wikipedia. I actually despise Gerard Way and his band-- but it doesn't matter! I can still be a productive member of the Wiki. I've been doing a lot on the article lately, actually. Just got it unprotected again due to a previous edit war, and I've just finished removing all the unsourced information (Posted on the talk page around 3 weeks ago that after 3 weeks, if more sources had not been found, I would remove all unsourced information) There wasn't any replies, or any new sources found-- so I figured I should keep to what I know of the Wiki policy, and be bold and do it. ;) Unconscious 11:21, 19 June 2007 (UTC)
- Wow, you're doing really well for someone who's not even a fan! Believe me, I've noticed your work on the article, and I know I appreciate it! It's great to see people dedicated with cleaning up an article, bringing it up to scratch. That's the problem with these music articles... they're always plagued with fangirlish additions, rumours... so it's good to have experienced users there. :) thanks once again, CattleGirl talk 08:15, 21 June 2007 (UTC)

Your note
[edit]Hi, thanks for the note. Looks like a pretty typical case to me. I wasn't sure the edits were vandalism, though they were...weird. At any rate, they haven't edited since the 14th, so they probably got distracted and decided to go play outside, which is for the best. Other than keeping an eye on their contribs and re-reporting if they resume vandalizing, I can't think of anything that we need to do on this one. I find that ignoring insults works really well. About the reporting to AIV, I feel it's best if an IP has been given three or four warnings before being blocked, others aren't as strict. But it's well agreed, I believe, that they should have vandalized and been warned in the past few hours, at least that day. Unless they're doing something really heinous like trying to get newbies to post trojans into their monobooks or something. Anyway, keep in touch, Peace, delldot talk 15:19, 16 July 2007 (UTC)

Explain Please
[edit]Can you explain why you removed a perfectly good reference and replaced it with a 'citation needed' tag here - [1] ? Exxolon 01:52, 13 September 2007 (UTC)
- I removed it, due to it not being in correct citation format. It was an external link, and was not using with the correct <ref> </ref> tags. That is why... Happy editing! Unconscious (talk) 08:45, 13 September 2007 (UTC)
- You might want to reconsider doing this as the information in question was deleted from the article shortly after your edit for lacking a citation by another editor. Reformatting the referecence would be a better idea under these circumstances. Exxolon 18:45, 15 September 2007 (UTC)
Orphaned non-free media (Image:Emorangerlogo.gif)
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Emorangerlogo.gif. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 13:28, 28 October 2007 (UTC)

Dear WikiProject Video games member,
You are receiving this message because you have either Category:WikiProject Video games members or {{User WPVG}} somewhere in your userspace and you have edited Wikipedia in recent months.
The Video games project has created a member list to provide a clearer picture of its active membership.
All members have currently been placed in the "Inactive" section by default. Please remove your username from the "Inactive" listing and place it under the "Active" listing if you plan on regularly:
- Editing video game-related pages in the Article namespace
- Participating in video game-related discussions in the Project namespace (WT:VG, WP:AfD, WP:GAN, etc.)
Ideally, members are encouraged to do both, but either one meets our criteria of inclusion. Members still listed inactive at the beginning of November 2009 may be removed. You may re-add yourself to the active list at any time. Thank you for your help, and we look forward to working with you.
