Please do not add commentary or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to M. F. Husain. Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Thank you. A tag has been placed on Artistic Freedom & Social Responsibility requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words.

If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must include on the external site the statement "I, (name), am the author of this article, (article name), and I release its content under the terms of the GNU Free Documentation License, Version 1.2 and later." You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. - Realkyhick (Talk to me) 04:42, 21 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted article as noted above

[edit]

Responding to your concerns as noted at my talk page. I have checked the text of the article you wrote. Regardless of whether or not you own the copyright on the submitted text, the article is 100% inappropiate for Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a place to publish your own essays, research papers, or personal writings. You should read Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not for a more thorough discussion about what information Wikipedia generally does not (and by extension does) publish. You should pay special attention to the sections titled "Wikipedia is not a publisher of original thought" (and the page titled Wikipedia:No original research is also relevent) and "Wikipedia is not a soapbox or means of promotion". We welcome properly cited and researched articles on topics generally appropriate to an encyclopedia, see Wikipedia:Five pillars for more information on the core values and policies of Wikipedia. --Jayron32 14:01, 29 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Https---commons.wikimedia.org-wiki-File-Upadhyayula Suryanarayana Rao.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. Even if you created the image yourself, you still need to release it so Wikipedia can use it. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time after the next seven days. If you made this image yourself, you can use copyright tags like {{PD-self}} (to release all rights), {{self|cc-by-sa-4.0}} (to require that you be credited), or any tag here - just go to the image, click edit, and add one of those. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by MifterBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. NOTE: Once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. --MifterBot (TalkContribsOwner) 05:46, 29 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Notice

The article Upādhyāyula Sūryanārāyaṇa Rāo has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Does not appear to meet notability criteria

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
