Speedy deletion nomination of United Kingdom of Atlantis
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on United Kingdom of Atlantis requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a company, corporation or organization that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. — rsjaffe 🗣️ 14:57, 1 May 2024 (UTC)
- Hello @Rsjaffe I appreciate your concern, and the need to ensure that articles on Wikipedia are credible and notable. I ensured that the article had both. And it credibly indicates why the subject is significant and also important. All sources and references are verifiable and accurate. I painstakingly sourced information across the web to be able to put up this article, and I also ensured that it followed the guidelines for writing an article on Wikipedia.
- Kindly go through the article again, as well as the sources of references.
- If you still feel that the article still violates section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, kindly point out the specific details I have to improve upon in order to remove tge speedy deletion nomination. Thank you. Ukacountry (talk) 16:54, 1 May 2024 (UTC)
- See WP:N for the notability guidelines. Wikipedia is a place for articles on things that have been reported independently and reliability by third-party sources. Not press releases. Not websites by the organization. Not Wikipedia links. — rsjaffe 🗣️ 17:07, 1 May 2024 (UTC)
- What of a rare situation where there are few or likely no independent sources such as newspapers or Journal publications? All of the information provided are accurate and verifiable.
- They are also reliable. I agree that most of the information I used for creating the article was found originally on their website, before creating the article, I mailed them, and even had phone calls with the officials. This was not for personal gain or financial gain, neither was there any conflict of interest. I wrote the article because I believed that such content deserves a place in Wikipedia.
- What can be done to remove the speedy delete tag in the article, what can be done to rectify it? And give it a place to be present on Wiki? I appreciate your help so far in helping a starter like me grasp the full lessons on Publishing on Wikipedia free or charge.
- Best regards Ukacountry (talk) 18:06, 1 May 2024 (UTC)

United Kingdom of Atlantis moved to draftspace
[edit]Thanks for your contributions to United Kingdom of Atlantis. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it needs more sources to establish notability, it is promotional and reads like an advertisement and you may have a possible Conflict of Interest. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.
Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. Ivanvector (Talk/Edits) 19:14, 1 May 2024 (UTC)
