You still haven't addressed this " WP:INCITE still not addressed. Please do not resubmit until the references are placed inline with the content they support." .I've looked and there are large swaths of text in the early life and education section with no inline citations. You should add them in this case. If you want, I can find sources for you or help you add inline citations but if you don't address at least these particular concerns,your draft may be declined again. AFC reviewer shopping/forum shopping isn't in good taste either and is strongly discouraged, see WP:FORUMSHOP JC7V-constructive zone 17:49, 22 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
