Simple really...
I think the image is crap. No conspiracy or bad mood here. 77.96.99.100 (talk) 16:43, 26 April 2008 (UTC)
Deletion?
Is that a joke? People write articles on NCAA basketball players that aren't even top players. Nicole Fawcett was one of the best volleyball players in the country and has been on the United States national team. I don't see what is wrong with that.
Smuckers (talk) 20:18, 28 June 2008 (UTC)
Well, she does deserve a page, like all the other NCAA basketball/baseball/football players that have not even reached the success she has in volleyball. I would say someone who use to be on the United States National Team, is a three-time first team all-american, has broken an NCAA record and has won a NCAA championship is notable. What about Kenny George, why does he have a page? No one is deleting him. What has he done besides be tall? She's reached more success in her sport than George has in his. Just because you don't think volleyball is an important sport by no way mean she doesn't deserve a page. Smuckers (talk) 20:26, 28 June 2008 (UTC)
Well never mind ;) looks like an admin thought it was notable enough to keep. Regards! Smuckers (talk) 20:41, 28 June 2008 (UTC)
What snide remark? Smuckers (talk) 20:53, 28 June 2008 (UTC)
- The bolded one above. and besides, the admin didn't assess notability as sufficient to "keep", just that notability was claimed in such a way that a speedy deletion no longer was possible. 24.160.253.45 (talk) 16:53, 29 June 2008 (UTC)
I apologize, it was snippy of me. Smuckers (talk) 02:23, 30 June 2008 (UTC)

Deletion Criteria
I believe the Oxford Medsoc page will contain more important and significant information to people than many of the other articles on wikipedia! I'm not an autoconfirmed user yet - can I email you an image to upload? JFRoss (talk) 16:51, 12 September 2008 (UTC)
Thank you for substituting the {{copypaste}} tag on that article. Just to let you know, the content was copied from http://ewh.ieee.org/sb/kerala/mguce/TechVeda/article3.html and I have removed it along with the template to avoid any further concerns. Minimac (talk) 20:30, 1 November 2010 (UTC)
You have put it for deletion on the grounds that it could have been created by the subject itself, without explaining yourself nor even checking the discussions that already happened on it or its edit history. I am removing the deletion tag. Leandro GFC Dutra (talk) 18:41, 22 January 2011 (UTC)
You have restored the nomination for deletion without any argument. It is the third time you nominate it for deletion without any argument. This is seeming like vandalism, either you explain yourself or I will see you as a vandal.

Funny þing you say I should assume good faiþ from oðer editors, as you aßumed bad faiþ from Hugh Darwen. Also, I never objected to having articles edited, only at your repeated, unjustified attempts at deletion, and to your lack of answers to requests for clarification.
— Leandro GFC Dutra (talk) 10:23, 24 January 2011 (UTC)
You did not ask for clarification. And turning the argument around doesn't make any sense. You can not assume good faith for a subject matter. And why do you keep introducing foreign characters and broken English into the English wikipedia?
Yes, I did. Both at the deletion page and at the talk one. It makes sense, because it was you who first attacked ðe good faith of a person, who happens to be boþ a registered editor and the subject matter of an article. Which foreign characters? How broken is my English? Get lost.
— Leandro GFC Dutra (talk) 00:02, 25 January 2011 (UTC)
You can always remove what you conſider perſonal attacks from your talk page. One cannot remove your perſonal attacks on the subject & ðe original editor in the hiſtory of ðe article, its talk and deletion pages. Ðis is an encyclopædia, you are welcomed to reſearchiŋ on Engliſh characters and ligatures.

Speedy deletion nomination of Instance space
If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Instance space requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.
