Benjamin N. Cardozo

Point of order: There can not be two first Latino/Hispanic Supreme Court Justices. Sonia Sotomayor's entry is locked for editing so the adjustment must be made here. WIkipedia's entry for Hispanic notes Hispanic "is a term that historically denoted a relationship to the ancient Hispania (geographically coinciding with the Iberian Peninsula)". According to all commonly used dictionaries (including Wikipedia's entry for Latino), Latino and Hispanic are synonyms. Obviously the only correct entry is to acknowledge that Sotomayor would be the second Latino/Hispanic.
