A tag has been placed on International investment company, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. MikeWazowski (talk) 04:39, 10 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. We welcome and appreciate your contributions, including your edits to ExxonMobil, but we cannot accept original research. Original research also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. Thank you. MikeWazowski (talk) 04:41, 10 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Before you start creating articles....

[edit]

Just a heads up: If your goal is to create a bunch of articles on investment firms, you are going to have a bad time at Wikipedia. Please read the essay WP:B2B, which is an opinion, but a good opinion. Before you start making articles, you may want to familiarize yourself with the guidelines here. Wikipedia isn't a directory of all businesses, or businesses that you or I think are important. It is an encyclopedia. This means that all articles on "Investment firms" must pass the criteria at WP:CORP. Companies that haven't been discussed with significant coverage from mainstream, reliable publications (ie: NOT press releases or their own website) will end up having their articles deleted in short order. The goal of Wikipedia is to have articles on what is considered "notable" (see the criteria for notability for info). Dennis Brown (talk) 16:25, 10 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

  • Ok. You're right. Anyway I want to public these articles very much. Unfortunately i can't do that here. Do you know some other place in Wiki where i can share my information about that subject? UFFO GC (talk) 17:29, 10 February 2012 (UTC)UFFO_GC[reply]
  • Not on Wikipedia, not unless you can satisfy the criteria, which I don't think is going to happen. I would search google for wikis that are less encyclopedia and more like business directories. Dennis Brown (talk) 17:30, 10 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • ok. Thanks. I'll try. UFFO GC (talk) 17:37, 10 February 2012 (UTC)UFFO_GC[reply]
  • Give me 2 weeks, please. And I'll make this article adoptable for Wikipedia. So after just 2 weeks this article will met requirements of Wikipedia. But don't delete it please. Give me some time. UFFO GC (talk) 09:15, 12 February 2012 (UTC) UFFO_GC[reply]
  • I've asked to give me some time to make this article good enough for Wikipedia. Don't delete it, please and this article will be nice.
  • If you look up at the top of the page, you will see a link for your sandbox. That is generally where you want to build articles that are not ready for prime time. No one will try to delete them there. You get them up to speed, you can ask for an opinion or two or get help, then move to mainspace. Every article that I start, every one, I start in the sandbox for this reason. It is what it is there for. Dennis Brown (talk) 18:01, 18 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on International investment company, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion debate, such as at articles for deletion. Under the specified criteria, where an article has substantially identical content to that of an article deleted after debate, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Promodo requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. The article Shlakhter Vadim has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No indication of notability

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
