[edit]I saw some of the images you added to the baseball player articles, did you take these pictures there really good--Yankees10 21:03, 24 May 2008 (UTC)
- I concur, that image really helps out Brad Harman... though I know it needs some writing work too. KV5 • Squawk box • Fight on! 11:09, 9 June 2008 (UTC)
Cheers for the image of Hughes. It's really good! JRA_WestyQld2 Talk 00:33, 9 February 2009 (UTC)

Sengoku
[edit]Hi, thanks for updating Dream 9! I was wondering, as you know Japanese, if you could clearify something for me: what are the official names of World Victory Road's Sengoku events? Here we use (for example) World Victory Road Presents: Sengoku 8, while much of the MMA media calls it "Sengoku: Eight Battle". If you're not sure (don't know how much of a MMA fan you are :) Could you take a look at their official website to see what the official name is? I've tried to use Google Translater and the like, but it's not doing a very good job translating it. Cheers, --aktsu (t / c) 09:00, 30 April 2009 (UTC)
- Thanks, very helpful explanation :) And, WOW - Choi is actually fighting a baseballplayer? That is even crazier than the other fights... I though he was fighting someone with the same name as Canseco (that's why I changed the link)... Anyway, thanks again for the explanation :) --aktsu (t / c) 12:05, 30 April 2009 (UTC)
Your edits
[edit]Hi, and thanks for your contributions. I noticed that you linked some dates recently. This practice is now deprecated. Please see WP:LINKING and WP:MOSNUM. Furthermore, there is an Arbcom restriction on mass linking/delinking of chronological elements, although this is no suggestion from me that you are in breach whatsoever. I'm happy to respond to any inquiries you may have about the matter. Thank you for your attention. Dabomb87 (talk) 00:30, 14 July 2009 (UTC)

Kevin Kolb
[edit]Hey, can you help with this?--Giants27(c|s) 00:14, 11 October 2009 (UTC)
Hey UCinternational, I really liked your work on Kevin Kolb's picture, so I thought you could help crop the picture on Mike Kafka (he's the one on the right). Thanks, Eagles 24/7 (C) 22:27, 22 November 2009 (UTC)
Roy Halladay
[edit]I reverted your change to the images on Roy Halladay. Illustrating the article effectively is much more important than showing Halladay in a Phillies uniform. I've seen that image on Flickr, but the quality is so poor that there's no reason to have it in the article. Please wait until a better quality picture is available before changing the lead image; the Keith Allison images are great quality and are more than sufficient to illustrate the article. Thanks. Related to the above issue, you again changed the infobox image on Halladay's article to a picture of poorer quality than the original. The infobox image in a player's article should always be the picture that illustrates the player best. This does not mean the image has to be of the player's current team. The image change that you made in the article replaced a high-quality image with a lesser-quality one because it shows Halladay with his current team, but it does not illustrate that article as well as the one that was originally in the infobox. Please exercise care to put the highest-available quality images in player infoboxes, rather than "the most recent" or "the current team". Thank you. — KV5 • Talk • 17:17, 12 September 2010 (UTC)
- This same issue now applies at Roy Oswalt. Please do not change high-quality images to poor-quality ones in contravention of consensus. Thank you. — KV5 • Talk • 11:47, 15 October 2010 (UTC)
When you add new images to articles, please try, if possible, not to simply replace the lead images; it is better to use the information and images available, so please move the other images to a later point in the article, if they are of sufficient quality. Thank you. — KV5 • Talk • 11:57, 21 August 2011 (UTC)
Thanks for adding the photo of Russ Adams! It really improves the article. I see he was cut from the team at the end of Spring Training. If you don’t beat me to it, I’ll add to the article sometime this weekend, with a verifiable reference/citation, that he’s been sent to Triple A. Thanks again! — SpikeToronto 21:40, 15 April 2010 (UTC)
You are now a Reviewer
[edit]Hello. Your account has been granted the "reviewer" userright, allowing you to review other users' edits on certain flagged pages. Pending changes, also known as flagged protection, is currently undergoing a two-month trial scheduled to end 15 August 2010.
Reviewers can review edits made by users who are not autoconfirmed to articles placed under pending changes. Pending changes is applied to only a small number of articles, similarly to how semi-protection is applied but in a more controlled way for the trial. The list of articles with pending changes awaiting review is located at Special:OldReviewedPages.
When reviewing, edits should be accepted if they are not obvious vandalism or BLP violations, and not clearly problematic in light of the reason given for protection (see Wikipedia:Reviewing process). More detailed documentation and guidelines can be found here.
If you do not want this userright, you may ask any administrator to remove it for you at any time. Courcelles (talk) 01:28, 18 June 2010 (UTC)
NowCommons review
[edit]Hi! I noticed that you transfer a lot of files to Commons. Perhaps you could have a look at Category:Wikipedia files reviewed on Wikimedia Commons and maybe mark the files you checked as reviewed? You can also use a bot to transfer the images for you but perhaps you just prefer to do it manually. --MGA73 (talk) 21:54, 13 August 2010 (UTC)
Image caption issues
[edit]Hi. Please do not add periods/full stops to photo captions if they are not complete sentences; this is per MOS:CAPTION: "Most captions are not complete sentences, but merely sentence fragments that should not end with a period". Also, please do not use the {{by}} and {{mlby}} templates in running prose. Previous consensus has determined that these links are inappropriate in prose and are only allowable within tables and lists where their destination is clearly delineated. If you have any questions, you can ask me on my talk page. Thanks. — KV5 • Talk • 21:35, 26 August 2011 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for November 26
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited 2013 World Series, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Commissioner's Trophy (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
