No problem with that that I can see. But:
Here are a few key questions:
- Do you understand that Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, and not a business directory?
- Do you understand conflict of interest?
- Do you understand that to be considered for an encyclopedia article, the subject must be notable?
You are currently blocked because your username appears directly related to a company, group or product that you have been promoting, contrary to the username policy. Changing the username will not allow you to violate the 3 important principles above. Daniel Case (talk) 15:32, 3 March 2015 (UTC)
I plan to rewrite the u-blox entry
[edit]Hi Daniel, Yes, I understand that Wikipedia is not a business directory. I would like to have an entry, much as other semiconductor companies have. A good example is the page of Advanced Micro Devices. Since I have taken over the task of managing the Wikipedia page from someone who left the company, and the article was removed, I cannot judge the content of that removed article. I will comply with guidelines and policies in rewriting the article. As I have no experience writing or contributing to Wikipedia pages, I am not sure how to proceed. Is it possible for me to review the removed article? Can I submit completely revised text? I plan to write a brief introduction, basic company history, and overview of products and technologies.
