Information icon Hello, I'm Deb. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions have been undone because they appeared to be promotional. Advertising and using Wikipedia as a "soapbox" are against Wikipedia policy and not permitted; Wikipedia articles are written objectively, using independent sources, and from a neutral perspective. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Thank you.
Information icon Hello, Uğur Çırak. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places, or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a COI may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic, and it is important when editing Wikipedia articles that such connections be completely transparent. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. In particular, we ask that you please:

  • avoid editing or creating articles related to you and your family, friends, school, company, club, or organization, as well as any competing companies' projects or products;
  • instead, you are encouraged to propose changes on the Talk pages of affected article(s) (see the {{request edit}} template);
  • when discussing affected articles, disclose your COI (see WP:DISCLOSE);
  • avoid linking to the Wikipedia article or to the website of your organization in other articles (see WP:SPAM);
  • exercise great caution so that you do not violate Wikipedia's content policies.

In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).

Please take a few moments to read and review Wikipedia's policies regarding conflicts of interest, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, sourcing and autobiographies. Thank you.Deb (talk) 11:54, 15 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

In response to your unsigned message on my Talk page, please re-read what I wrote above. In your message, you admitted to a conflict of interest, which means you should not edit any page relating to your employer or to any website you are involved in. If you are here purely to advertise this particular website, please do not continue to create articles, or you may be blocked. Deb (talk) 12:21, 15 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Hi. In response to your query, it is okay for someone else to write an article about the company, but not for you to arrange for them to do it. It is also not okay to use promotional language, even for a person who is not connected to the company. Please read Wikipedia:Neutral point of view, which is our most important rule. You can use Wikipedia:Articles for creation to request an independent contributor to create an article about it, but there is no guarantee anyone will want to do so. The fact that your competitors have an article is not an argument in favour of you having one. However, I have checked out that article and tagged it for improvement. Deb (talk) 14:29, 15 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
PS. Also read Wikipedia:Notability and Wikipedia:Verifiability. Your competitor's article contained independent references; yours did not. Deb (talk) 14:35, 15 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button ( or ) located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 14:40, 15 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
