Photos

[edit]

I used two photos you uploaded on Commons, in an outside project. Well, it's a publication (in Romania) and I found them very useful. I've written "TwoWings, Wikipedia" above them. Is that all right, isn't it? Thank you a lot! You can find me here: [1]

Proposed deletion of Headfucking

[edit]

The article Headfucking has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

WP:NOT

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the Proposed Deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The Speedy Deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and Articles for Deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. OliverTwisted (Talk) (Stuff) 10:17, 28 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I have nominated Headfucking, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Headfucking. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.

Please contact me if you're unsure why you received this message. OliverTwisted (Talk) (Stuff) 10:39, 28 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there,

I recently nominated File:Isner-Mahut_score_card.jpg a picture you had uploaded, for featured picture status. A couple of people have requested it be in higher resolution. Would you be able to provide such an image? Cheers, LukeSurl t c 15:59, 31 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Autocunnilingus listed at Redirects for discussion

[edit]

An editor has asked for a discussion to address the redirect Autocunnilingus. Since you had some involvement with the Autocunnilingus redirect, you might want to participate in the redirect discussion (if you have not already done so). — PinkAmpers&(Je vous invite à me parler) 07:01, 18 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked IP problem

[edit]
This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

TwoWings (block logactive blocksglobal blockscontribsdeleted contribsfilter logcreation logchange block settingsunblockcheckuser (log))

Request reason:

For some unknown reason, I can't contribute anymore here (there's no problem on French WP, nor on Commons and Wikidata, where I contribute the most). Apparently my current IP address is 104.131.94.211 (but the error message also mentions 104.131.0.0/16) if I understand the error message well... This has apparently been blocked by KrakatoaKatie. Thanks in advance for your help. TwøWiñgš Talk to me 09:28, 11 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

The French WP, Commons, and Wikidata are separate projects. You are using a confirmed proxy and will need to disable that if you wish to edit here. Yamla (talk) 12:25, 11 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

@Yamla: I don't get it, it's really confusing because I've done nothing wrong on WP to deserve such a situation. How am I supposed to deal with that ? I've contributed to English WP in the past and I have had no problem. There's no reason to block me. How can I correct that problem ?! Is that linked to my VPN ? Can it mean that I have to turn it off when I want to contribute to English WP ? I don't have important knowledge about IP and all that stuff, it's not really among my skills... --TwøWiñgš Talk to me 17:18, 11 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, you will have to disable your VPN if you wish to edit here. Note that we aren't claiming you are being abusive and the block isn't targeted at you. The English Wikipedia does not generally permit the use of proxies (such as VPN's). If you have an exceptional need, you can apply under WP:IPBE but in general, the English Wikipedia simply does not permit proxies or VPN's here. --Yamla (talk) 17:21, 11 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@Yamla: OK, understood, thanks for your answer. Just a question: what are the reasons of that decision? --TwøWiñgš Talk to me 19:02, 11 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
