LibriVox
[edit]Hi, I am the author of {{Librivox author}}
. I see you do a lot of work. Would you like the option of receiving a daily email listing which articles had the template added and removed? It can be helpful to track in case someone is removing where it should not be, and monitor who else is adding. It only emails if there is a change. I can set that up for you if interested and you can remove anytime by asking. For example here is today's email (only additions no deletions today):

- Ah, I recognize most of those. :) I think we're pretty much through the list, so there won't be as much activity moving forward.
- I do set the pages up to Watch for 1 month, although I suppose a longer time frame would be better. Is there a way to get a monthly email rather than daily? If not, then I'll pass with thanks. TwinkieToes73 (talk) 20:35, 10 June 2022 (UTC)
- Sure it can check any time period. How often it checks is different from how often it emails. It only emails if the check detects a change. But if you want a max of 1 email a month then 1 check a month will accomplish. I'll send you an email and you can reply where you want the emails to go. -- GreenC 20:53, 10 June 2022 (UTC)
- Email sent (in case in spam folder). -- GreenC 20:59, 10 June 2022 (UTC)
- Got it thanks! It's configured to check once a month on the 18th. The first check will be next Friday. If any changes occur in the next week you'll see an email, otherwise 5 weeks later. The emails will be from tools.botwikiawk@tools.wmflabs.org -- GreenC 22:33, 10 June 2022 (UTC)
- Great, thanks!
- Did you write the Librivox_book template as well? If so, may I get a monthly notification in that one also? TwinkieToes73 (talk) 22:46, 10 June 2022 (UTC)
- Sure thing. They'll be separate emails same schedule. -- GreenC 00:21, 11 June 2022 (UTC)
