Please help me with... this article I've created on Wikipedia : George Kidd (wrestler)
A memorial plaque has been hung in Caird Hall, Dundee, Scotland, honoring George Kidd. I've contacted a person who sent me a photogrpah of said plaque. I'm about to send him a mail in order to forward it to the OTRS and be able to upload the picture and use it to illustrate the article. Once I get the authorization from the author of the photograph, is there any additional restriction concerning the author of the plaque itself or the venue owning it?

- Hey! The OTRS team are fully qualified to make a final determination in this respect, but generally once you obtain permission from the creator of the image, there should be no further issues. TheDragonFire (talk) 15:07, 11 April 2017 (UTC)
