Does IQ really measure intelligence?

Richard Feynman claimed to have an IQ of no higher than 120, yet he is reknowned as a great genius.

What is intelligence?

I intelligence a skill set, a trait, or a program? Or is it all of these things? Is it more?

Smarts

The ignorant person is said to be not so smart, while the well educated person is very smart.

Is knowledge a structural component of intelligence?

Speed as a factor

Assuming that you get every question you answer right, if you can't complete the IQ test in the alotted time, then you will not receive as high a score as someone with the same error ratio who completed the test. Your IQ as measured by the test is less.

If you think twice as fast, are you twice as intelligent?

Are instructions intelligent?

And are you more intelligent when you gain access to better instructions?

If you have access to instructions on how to do something twice as accurately as with the instructions your competitor has, and you do a better job because of this, are you smarter than him?

Are there intelligent machines?

Are computers intelligent? Are programs intelligent?

Image Energy consumption

- This image is really cool, I think having an image showing increase and decreasing power consumption based on amount is cool. That being said, it's really hard to understand. The color key is not very big, not well explained, and even after looking at it for 5 mins I'm still not sure I understand it correctly.
