Hi there. Could you please email us at unblock-en-l using your University of Texas email address so that we can verify your claim that you are "a female student at the University of Texas." The mailing list is open only to Wikipedia administrators so you'll be able to retain your online anonymity. Personally I think the block is somewhat unwarranted, but it'd be a lot easier for us to unblock you in good faith if you can prove in private that you're a genuine editor and not a troll.
