I created this page as a quick placeholder for EV Energy Group. A bad actor has been emailing us telling us they claim the right to the domain EV Energy Group and plan to create a page that didn't represent our group. I'll share some of what I'm talking about:

I’m reaching out regarding an important matter concerning your “EV Energy Group” Wikipedia presence. We’ve received an inquiry from another party seeking to create and edit a Wikipedia page under your brand name, which could directly impact how your company is perceived online.

During our research, we found that there is currently a lack of authoritative references and citations for your brand on the platform, which could leave it vulnerable to modifications or even takeover by others. As Wikipedia is a collaborative space, if your “EV Energy Group” isn’t actively managing its presence, the other party may be given the opportunity to establish or alter content about your brand.

This poses a potential risk not only to your brand’s visibility but also to your relationship with clients and customers, as inaccurate or incomplete information can create confusion and possibly attract them to competitors.
