Why did I get blocked instead of the vandal (Elkevbo), who has history of sockpuppetry, and his very clear vandalism restored. https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Log/block&page=User%3AElKevbo This guy attacks all the colleges he couldn't get in. Suprisingly some Wiki admins ignore his very very clear vandalisms and is hell-belt on removing constructive edits. This is not why the blocking previliage exists in the first place.
