Road junction lists not required
[edit]WP:RJL states "Most road articles should use a table to indicate junctions". There is no requirement. For something minor like SR-931 it seems unnecessary. I'm not going to revert because there's no point in removing it now, it won't improve WP by doing so. But if you insist on putting a list there for the southern segment, please add one for the northern. Mapsax (talk) 02:21, 3 August 2016 (UTC)
- I'm in progress for adding it for the northern section.Travisarch (talk) 02:25, 3 August 2016 (UTC)

Indiana State Road 267
[edit]Your edit on Indiana State Road 267 had sunk source whatsoever of SR 267 being truncated to Interstate 70. Therefore, I have reverted your edits. If you think this is false, please provide a reliable source of the truncation.
Have a nice day :) EBGamingWiki (talk) 02:24, 20 January 2017 (UTC)
I meant to say no instead of sunk. EBGamingWiki (talk) 02:25, 20 January 2017 (UTC)
- Yes it does check SR 267 the first road is CR 700S just south of I-70 and also see. Travisarch (talk) 02:27, 20 January 2017 (UTC)
Once again, it has not been finalized EBGamingWiki (talk) 02:30, 20 January 2017 (UTC)
Also, county roads can intersect state roads. EBGamingWiki (talk) 02:31, 20 January 2017 (UTC)
- It lists CR 700S as beginning of SR 267 and the RPB is from 2016.Travisarch (talk) 02:34, 20 January 2017 (UTC)
Once again, before I start getting mad, it has not been finalized. Do you not understand? EBGamingWiki (talk) 02:35, 20 January 2017 (UTC)
- You are the one not understanding there is nothing to be finalized it is in the RPB look under SR 267. It clear states beginning route at intersection with CR 700S.Travisarch (talk) 02:45, 20 January 2017 (UTC)
We fought over SR 22, and now SR 267. I don't want to fight. SR 267 still exists between I-70 and SR 42. Period. I live on the route in Mooresville anyway! EBGamingWiki (talk) 02:47, 20 January 2017 (UTC)
- Last time you lived in Kokomo now Mooresville. With INDOT SR 267 has been removed. I found this when making some maps for Indiana State Road that SR 267 was listed as Old SR 267 and when I find the location of this file I will add that as well.Travisarch (talk) 02:50, 20 January 2017 (UTC)
I said I drove into Kokomo on my way to South Bend for one. And two, IT HAS NOT BEEN FINALIZED. GOD DAM EBGamingWiki (talk) 02:51, 20 January 2017 (UTC)
Also, there is an Old SR 267. SR 267 used to run west of its interchange with I-70, with no interchange. EBGamingWiki (talk) 02:54, 20 January 2017 (UTC)
I know were it has been removed at was at a different time. Look here] it has been removed. The solid black lines are state roads the solid black line end just south of I-70.Travisarch (talk) 02:58, 20 January 2017 (UTC)
Just stop. It's not finalized. Period. EBGamingWiki (talk) 03:02, 20 January 2017 (UTC)
How about you look at the references above. It clear lists the section south of I-70, about 1 mile, as Old SR 267. click on the route south of I-70, about 1, and the route name is listed as Old SR 267. It has been removed from the state road system but when INDOT gives the road back it doesn't remove the signs that is the local highway/street departments job. Also if it is not part of the state road system it can't by state code IC 8-23-1 it can be a state road.Travisarch (talk) 03:07, 20 January 2017 (UTC)
I did. Do you not understan "Not Finalized"? It means it's not official. EBGamingWiki (talk) 03:11, 20 January 2017 (UTC)
Ok let me walk you through this the news article is from 2015 and the RPB (link above) is from July 2016 the July 2015 listed it going to Mooreaville. So at some point INDOT gave the road to local control. The 2016 road see here has the line thickens as a county road not state road.Travisarch (talk) 03:34, 20 January 2017 (UTC)
@EBGamingWiki: It is official in Hendricks County check the county commission minutes from November 24, 2015 here on page 5 under the heading "IN THE MATTER OF 267" I will even copy it here:
"John Ayers reported he had received a revised relinquishment agreement from INDOT for 267, south of
Plainfield. He stated they have worked on the wording and it now appears to be acceptable, however, he has not had Attorney Greg Steuerwald review this latest revised agreement. There was discussion of the changes. Commissioner Palmer moved to approve the relinquishment agreement from INDOT for 267 south, of Plainfield,
subject to counsel review. Commissioner Whetstone seconded the motion and the motion was approved unanimously 3-0-0."
Mooresville approves SR 267 on this article from November 5, 2016.Travisarch (talk) 13:42, 20 January 2017 (UTC)
Interstate 164
[edit]The article on I-164 contradicts itself in saying that it is a decommissioned route in one place, but still exists as a short segment in another place. Because of the short stretch that is still I-164, it should still show the route as current although it is unsigned. Also, saying that this is a former route does not agree with the List of auxiliary Interstate Highways, which marks it is a current route with a length of 0.69 miles. If in fact the highway was completely removed from the system, the part of the article that says that it still exists should be removed and the list of routes should be fixed. If you have questions about I-164 please contact User:Imzadi1979.
Here is proof that the highway still exists and was not removed: http://www.interstate-guide.com/i-164_in.html
Che-or (talk) 21:53, 24 February 2017 (UTC)
- @Imzadi1979 and Che-or: Above would be WP:SPS and it isn't a good reference on Wikipedia. The Post Reference Book (RPB) from INDOT shows I-69 starting 0.69 west of US 41 and I-164 was completely removed. At the end of the RPB it even says something along the lines of removed references to I-164. Also Indiana Map shows the road west of US 41 as I-69, until it becomes a local roadway know as veterans memorial parkway. I know IndianaMap is not the best reference.Travisarch (talk) 00:59, 25 February 2017 (UTC)
