[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed content from Vic Porcelli. When removing text, please specify a reason in the edit summary and discuss edits that are likely to be controversial on the article's talk page. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the text has been restored, as you can see from the page history. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia, and if you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. — ERcheck (talk) 01:26, 28 February 2008 (UTC)
Please do not delete content from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Vic Porcelli, without explaining the reason for the removal in the edit summary. Unexplained removal of content does not appear constructive, and your edit has been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox for test edits. Thank you. — ERcheck (talk) 01:27, 28 February 2008 (UTC)
- Likewise (see below). Edit summaries will help editors to see your intent. — ERcheck (talk) 01:42, 28 February 2008 (UTC)
My Mistake
[edit]I was just patrolling the recent changes page for vandalism. In my haste I just reverted your change to Vic Porcelli, thinking you were the vandal. Upon further investigation, this is not the case, and I apologize for the misunderstanding. Comandante Talk 01:35, 28 February 2008 (UTC)
- Either try clearing your browser cache, or, if that does not work, wait. Within a day or two the updated version should begin to show up on searches. Comandante Talk 02:16, 28 February 2008 (UTC)
Your recent edits
[edit]Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 01:38, 28 February 2008 (UTC)
Your note at Editor Assistance/Requests
[edit]Another editor and I made comments on your note which hopefully explain what you wanted to know. Google can pick up new information at any time, but we can't influence when. You've fixed up the article, and now we must just wait for Google to notice. Shenme (talk) 03:49, 28 March 2008 (UTC)
