I would like to know how to create a new page inside of my userpage (Somthing like User:Trajing/Templates), and know how to make a template. Trajing (talk)

To create a subpage, just link to it from somewhere (User:Trajing/Templates, for example), click on the redlink, and then create the page. What kind of template are you thinking of creating?
