[edit]Ok, the talk page edit seems convincing. But, if you use overys, please cite Overys instead of overmans using <ref>Overys, pg blah blah</ref>. Sorry about an consfusion. Buggie111 (talk) 21:45, 25 May 2010 (UTC)
- I am using both, Overman for Germany, and Overy for the USSR Townssequal (talk) 21:50, 25 May 2010 (UTC)
- So your saying that Overman is correct for Germany, but not the USSR? I guess so. It's so big. But then who knows the correct answer. Just cite overys in USSR and Overman in Germany. And Welcome to Wikipedia.Buggie111 (talk) 21:51, 25 May 2010 (UTC)
- Dr RudgerOvermans book, is ONLY about Germany. Prof Richard Overy Gives for both. Also this book here gives the number for Soviet Soldiers who died in capitivity that I can check directly and off hand Niall Ferguson, "Prisoner Taking and Prisoner Killing in the Age of Total War: Towards a Political Economy of Military Defeat" War in History 2004 page. 186 table 4
- And thank you Townssequal (talk) 21:56, 25 May 2010 (UTC)
