@Favonian: Looking at ToolWiki23's edits, I don't see any edits that would justify this block. Their edits are mostly focused on draft articles, but they have also made some helpful edits to articles like this one. Is there a more specific reason for this decision? @Jarble: The user, in spite of several warnings, continued to upload copyrighted images and also created several pages that were deleted per WP:CSD#U5. What nailed it was a page named "2017 White house attack" – fake news to the point of vandalism. Regarding the example of his "helpful" edits, it's unsourced and I strongly suspect that it's copied from somewhere. The user's command of English is rather tenuous and the example is quite beyond his/her abilities. Favonian (talk) 14:26, 2 December 2017 (UTC)
