Deletion notification for a page I didn't contribute to?)

[edit]

I'm rather dumbfounded by this one. I have a notification on my talk page that adapt is going to be deleted (which it was just afterward), but as far as I know I never even contributed to the article. The only guess I have is that, other than being a random mistake by the notification bot, I could've contributed to an earlier version of the article, before the change to whatever content got it deleted. Could you please explain what happened?  –radiojon 02:10, 2 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Can we safely say that Mr Walton is back for good? You've certainly been missed sir. Ryan Postlethwaite 11:03, 2 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

about dear cupid

[edit]

Why did you send for the dear cupid article to be deleted? And if you wanted it deleted then why didn't you just delete the page yourself following the process of how you do it? Please reply. Ok, i get your message. Plus you were right, it has been deleted again so i'm not going to re-create the article again. Lovinblue4eva —Preceding unsigned comment added by Lovinblue4eva (talkcontribs) 16:43, 3 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

re:User:Prester_John

[edit]

That userbox is trolling. Please see User_talk:Matt57 to understand why. Matt57 is an editor who was blocked for one month for many violations. He has requested unblock twice, and both times denied. This userbox is being used to escalate the conflict, as Prester John has been spamming it onto numerous talk pages, something that he has been warned against by several other editors. Please also see this ANI report which seems to suggest that there is consensus for stronger warnings against him. Thanks.--71.141.106.98 17:25, 3 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I was going by WP:CSD#Templates. Seeing as how the page is being used as a template (through numerous transclusions, see "Special:whatlinkshere" of it, T1 applies. I understand that perhaps speedy deletion was a bit to WP:BOLD on my part. I'll think about prodding it or putting it up for afd. Thanks.--71.141.106.98 17:31, 3 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

A little confused

[edit]

We have some cited sources, namely the publications we’ve been in which kind of verify that TBC is a voice for the beauty consumer. I had noticed that a number of research companies had pages on Wiki, so I thought I would create one for The Benchmarking Company, a client of mine. If you could tell me what I did wrong, I'd be happy to change it.

Here are the sites that I saw:

Dear Tony, Thanks for reviewing the information I submitted on the IBM 704 and operation moonwatch. I plan on expanding the info on Gianpiero Rossoni in the near future. Would you like a copy of the bio before it is posted?
