License tagging for Image:IMG 0837.JPG
Thanks for uploading Image:IMG 0837.JPG. Wikipedia gets hundreds of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:

Guess what?
You're amazing! a cookie for you! I've just added the license tag to your Argo Tea logo image, but you had already done the hard part - the explanation/fair use rationale bit. (By the way, logos are fair use when they're used to illustrate the company in question, so yes, you were right) Next time, just add the image tag by reading the above links and we'll be golden. If you don't know how, please ask - I'd be happy to help. Verloren Hoop 20:34, 1 June 2006 (UTC)
Re: Antonio Vernon "Tony The Tiger (martial artist)"
I assume you're speaking of Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Antonio Vernon (please provide direct links, as it's sort of a pain to dig up the deleted content of redirects to find out what you're talking about). Anyway, the article was deleted through an overwhelming AfD consensus, and while you're always free to seek a deletion review, I think it quite unlikely that the deletion would be overturned. However, if you'd like me to, I will gladly restore the article and move it into your userspace where it's quite unlikely to be deleted again. Let me know of anyway that I can help you. Thanks. AmiDaniel (talk) 01:03, 23 June 2006 (UTC)
- The article has now been userfied to User:TonyTheTiger/Antonio Vernon. No, you cannot create a redirect from Antonio Vernon or any other page in main article namespace, as they will be speedily deleted per WP:CSD#R2. Also, please do not add the article into any categories or use templates that may connect it back to the main namespace, and do not move it back into the main article namespace. Let me know if you need my help with anything else. Thanks. AmiDaniel (talk) 21:38, 23 June 2006 (UTC)

Notability
Notability has to really do with encylopedic value. Please read WP:NOT (specifically crystal ballism), WP:BIO, and WP:NOTABILITY. Yanksox 00:58, 3 July 2006 (UTC)
- It's not a deletion proposal, it's a question that notability does not exist. The current article is written in a manner similar to an ad. Yanksox 19:42, 5 July 2006 (UTC)
Argo Tea AfD
Hey, no problems. As for merge to suggestions, I don't think there's a hard and fast policy on it: usually, you can just hold these discussions in the article's talk page to get a consensus of where to merge the content. However, I suggest you take a look at Category:Articles to be merged, which contains a few useful links and information on how we perform merges. --Deathphoenix ʕ 20:05, 11 July 2006 (UTC)
Hi. On this image, you said, "I release this photo for all fair uses." Unfortunately, that does not constitute a "free" license for Wikipedia purposes. Please take a look at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#For image creators and select a "free" tag for this image. If you have no preference in the matter, I suggest {{GFDL-self}}. This is the same license under which all of our contributions are licensed to Wikipedia. To "tag" the image, all you have to do is type {{GFDL-self}} on the image description page and the template will be automatically displayed. Please feel free to contact me on my talk page if you have any questions about image tags. BigDT 21:03, 6 August 2006 (UTC)
- In response to your message on my talk page, that tag is fine and should meet your needs. If you add {{cc-by-sa-2.5|Please credit TonyTheTiger}}, the tag will be displayed and will include "Please credit TonyTheTiger". BigDT 21:03, 7 August 2006 (UTC)
Are you sure the Trump towers are infrastructure?
Nutmegger 20:19, 18 August 2006 (UTC)
- They are as much infrastructure as 108 North State Street that got the category tag added to it in my opinion.
108 N State St will include an underground transit station with express connections to the local airport, while Trump towers typically only contain hotel rooms and second homes for the affluent class. It might be a good idea to declassify those Trump towers that do not serve any type of public purpose, since infrastructure typically refers to structures that could benefit all people (subways, tunnels, highways, sewers, airports, etc.). Nutmegger 14:59, 20 August 2006 (UTC)
- Just got message. Don't check often. Will probably follow advice after further researching infrastructure. TonyTheTiger 23:44, 9 September 2006 (UTC)
