Remaining a neutral point of view is NOT OPTIONAL, opinions that you express are not necesarily shared by other Wikipedians and as such you should keep them to yourself. Just because the image says ignore all rules doesn't mean you disregard them, what that means is that if a rule hinders you from editing you should be bold and ignore it. Don't be a dick is quite self-explanatory, assume good faith and be civil.
Remember if you need help just give me a holler and I will get back to you as soon as possible, if I can't help I'll refer you to an administrator who can answer those queries which I cannot. If you are unsure as to whether or not your edit will break a policy ask an experienced user or place {{subst:adopt me}} if you want be "adopted" by a Wikimentor to learn under until you are capable of editing with minimal mistakes.
