My Advice
[edit]I'm cool if you remove the promotional information on Governor Walker, probably should include that it was during his administration that it was started. But avoid anything like mission statements, or long lists of departments or activities.VVikingTalkEdits 13:51, 29 June 2021 (UTC)
- Thank you for helpful advice. I agree. In general, I don't think it's good to politicize a staid bureaucracy. These things are usually nuanced, and hard to capture in a forum such as Wikipedia. For example, Walker only signed the bill; the State Legislature sent it to him for signature. Creation of the agency is captured on Walker's article, as an accomplishment, and I would argue that is an appropriate reference spot. But one reference here is probably ok.Tomtillet (talk) 19:46, 5 July 2021 (UTC)
An article you recently created, Revance, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page.
