You appear to be adding the same citation to a number of articles such as Scanning probe microscopy, Atomic force microscopy, Kelvin probe force microscope and Quantum dot. This is known as citation spam see WP:CITESPAM. Please stop. You may also have a conflict of interest with this article WP:COI.
