NPOV and Secure Computing
[edit]I'd be willing to work with you to do an NPOV scrub of Secure Computing Corporation though I'm one of the fanboys that contributed to it. I guess I can't help the funk of fanboy though I try to be neutral. But I'd like to see the article be solid and NPOV. So if you want to take it on, you have someone to help you understand "the individual components" - just give me a call. You can find my e-mail through Google - look up "Rick Smith Authentication" Cryptosmith (Rick Smith) 04:05, 9 August 2007 (UTC)
Thanks. I would rather communicate through a dedicated section of the discussion page though. What I'll do sometime after a week (I have a corporate inspection this week) is put it through a mental sieve and highlight what might not be neutral. What one needs to ask is "Am I saying this or using these adjectives/adverbs because I feel this way personally, or because it is a tested or common fact?". I am guilty of the same thing, I've had to go back and re-edit some of my own contribs after realizing that unquantifiable adjectives such as 'excellent' or 'many' or not neutral unless they can be attributed to sort of test, survey, or expert quote. Orphaned non-free media (Image:Vmware server signed driver.png)
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Vmware server signed driver.png. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 05:37, 27 September 2008 (UTC)
