WP:3RR Rule

[edit]

Please read WP:3RR if you want to keep editing Sligo. Djegan 22:01, 6 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

A list of shops? Where? ALL of the shops in the world? What is notable about these shops? This article is too vague and lacking in context to be worthwhile for a researcher. Wikipedia is not directory or the Yellow Pages.  (aeropagitica)  (talk)  14:54, 13 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Vandalism

[edit]

This is your last warning. The next time you vandalize a page, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Jobjörn (Talk | contribs) 16:15, 14 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Please don't add copyrighted material to Wikipedia.

[edit]

Pleaase? Jobjörn (Talk | contribs) 21:28, 14 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Additionally, please don't add material you stole from another website and then claim you created it yourself. This exposes Wikipedia to serious legal liability, and you are liable to be blocked from editing if you do it again. Stifle (talk) 22:17, 14 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

You are in danger of violating the three-revert rule on a page. Please cease further reverts or you may be blocked from further editing. Stifle (talk) 22:33, 14 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I'm curious

[edit]

Where did you find this image? Image:St.Eunans Cathedral Letterkenny.jpg Jobjörn (Talk | contribs) 23:08, 14 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Images from websites

[edit]

Well, we have found out which websites Image:St.Eunans Cathedral Letterkenny.jpg, [[:Image:Lkennya.jpg] and Image:EunansCollege.jpg were taken from. We are usually quite good at detecting plagiarism. Consider taking pictures yourself in stead of passing off others' work as your own. Thanks. Dr Zak 13:36, 15 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Talk:Letterkenny

[edit]

Regarding Talk:Letterkenny, please stop arguing or you will be blocked. You have been obnoxious enough already. The source of the pictures that you uploaded has been found, people editing here aren't complete dumbasses. Original content that you contribute is always welcome, plagiarism isn't.

Deletion of images

[edit]

You had absolutely no reason to delete the images I contributed to the Sligo page. As I stated previously I was in Sligo last week and took the photographs myself (along with several hundred others). The photographs have been automatically replaced on the Sligo site. Any attempt to delete them again will produce the same results so please do not waste your time. Are you able to make any positive contributions to Wikipedia yourself? --maelor 15:55, 15 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Dude

[edit]

you live in Letterkenny, don't you? Why don't you take pictures of the town yourself instead of uploading stuff from other peoples' websites? After all the idea behind Wikipedia is to create new articles instead of re-using others' work. Dr Zak 00:36, 17 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked

[edit]

You have been blocked from editing Wikipedia for repeatedly uploading copyvio images and outright lying about their origins. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously. Please stop, or your account will be blocked indefinitely. RadioKirk (u|t|c) 01:36, 17 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
