Hey if you keep accusing me of defamation of character, I will make you eat that in court. He did you are just ignorant of it. Aaron Peskin Came to San Francisco General and tried to pull the I.V. out of my arm. He came to my school and tried to have me kicked out of school, because I was homeless. And as matter of fact it was my actions in defending rights for homeless people when I volunteered at San Francisco's Coalition on homelessness that Aaron Peskin Ordered port authorities to take our cameras and arrest us on Terroism charges that is what happened at the port authority matter of factly. There was a video tape of port authority security beating a person videotaping that port authority assaulting and battering a homeless person. You do of course know that it is you, who has to prove that he did not do it. I am the only one with access to the medical records that prove his interference with my medical treatment. I have witnesses from school including my chancellor. You have to prove libel, obviously you do not know civil law. This blocking this information is called harassment. To MDesjardinss: I have once again posted a retort on Aaron Peskins talk Page. Do not remove this one. Talk pages are just that I have taken all this into consideration and dropped the whole mess onto my blog. But no more accusing me of lying using your moderator status on this website, do you hear me? Talk pages are for 'talk', for personal experience iterations. In my opinion, my personal opinion is he is a jerk, I have only my personal experience to judge his character I knew the man personally, most people who know the Mr. Pesky knows he is a self centered megalomaniac who oversteps boundaries and breaks all the rules, of his job. That ended his political career. That much is plain, cited and referenced. You leave me alone. Don't mess with me. I was homeless, now I just received a National Science Scholarship and will receive a full ride scholarship to a certain law school in Berkeley if I can continue to keep my G.P.A. above 3.85. I want no more reverts from you mister, or you will see the side of me that Aaron Peskin saw before he was fired. Like you he was not an expert in Law, but an expert in real estate values. What about his attacks? I mean why was he still allowed to edit my postings? He's an administrator (whether or not Chet says he's guilty of sock puppetry.)Defamation of Character is a legal matter between myself and Aaron Peskin. The statement that I was defaming Aaron 'Pesky' Peskin is a legal threat. What about the conduct of the moderators? The guy jumps all over me and he is given a minor slap on the hand for hacking your server, or is he a moderator, really that you are protecting? Why are you treating me this way. I mean why did you not act sooner? You made me defend myself against a legal threat and then BLOCKED ME. How fair is that? Hmm? How fair is that? Is what I did, telling the truth so bad a crime I deserve to be blocked permanently and he gets off with a slap on the wrist for either Hacking or making legal threats as a moderator or not?
