The article Chris Eliasen has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- Following copyedit, cleanup, and removal of self-published sources, unable to locate significant coverage in reliable and independent sources; notability not established in accordance with WP:GNG or WP:AUTHOR.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Cindy(talk) 06:31, 7 January 2014 (UTC)
Avoiding page deletion
[edit]You need to have Chris Eliasen pass the wp:GNG. Which means that there should be a couple of books or newspaper articles that are independent of him and have a couple of paragraphs about him personally rather than things he's e.g. edited. Third party sources and not written by his immediate family, or any organisation he works for or is a member of. Neonchameleon (talk) 18:27, 10 January 2014 (UTC)
- Hello there. Sometimes a new user creates an article, and another user will quickly nominate the article for deletion. The new draft space was created to allow new users the opportunity to work on an article to avoid having their work deleted. Please familiarize yourself with the relevant Wikipedia policies regarding article content, and if you can add anything to Chris Eliasen to improve the article, it can be restored when it is ready. Thanks, and welcome to Wikipedia! BOZ (talk) 13:10, 13 January 2014 (UTC)
