Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Roy Zimmerman (American football) has been reverted. Your edit here was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove unwanted links and spam from Wikipedia. The external link you added or changed is on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. The external links I reverted were matching the following regex rule(s): rule: '[a-z][0-9]+\.photobucket\.com/albums/.*\.(?:jpg|jpeg|gif|png|svg)' . If the external link you inserted or changed was to a media file (e.g. an image or a sound or video file) on an external server, then note that linking to such files may be subject to Wikipedia's copyright policy and therefore probably should not be linked to. Please consider using our upload facility to upload a suitable media file.

If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. Eagles 24/7 (C) 17:39, 26 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

First of all, I am updating the mess that is on these football player pages. There is an awful lot of bad data that has been COPIED from other bad sources. IF you do not want me to update them or correct the MANY errors, I will not. You can keep the bad information on the pages, no sweat off my back. Also, www.oldestlivingprofootball.com is not a spam web site. If you cared to check it out, you would be able to update the pages yourself and find that it is the best and most accurate information about old pro football players on the web.

I appreciate your updating of the articles, but please do not keep adding that link to articles. It does not meet Wikipedia's policy on external links per WP:ELNO, specifically point #13. Eagles 24/7 (C) 20:45, 26 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

This is your only warning; if you remove or blank page contents or templates from Wikipedia again, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. JDDJS (talk) 20:31, 26 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I added the information, If you do not appreciate the efforts, I will delete MY contribution. Simple as that

See WP:OWN. You do not own articles on Wikipedia, so you have no right to remove something you have added. Under the edit form when you edit articles there is a notice that states "If you do not want your writing to be edited, used, and redistributed at will, then do not submit it here. All text that you did not write yourself, except brief excerpts, must be available under terms consistent with Wikipedia's Terms of Use before you submit it." Eagles 24/7 (C) 20:57, 26 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Like I said, if you don't appreciate or want Wik to be ACCURATE, more power to you. Continued success in disseminating bad information.

Problems with upload of File:JohnJackBighead.jpg

[edit]

Tnspro, please stop adding in links to websites like oldestlivingprofootball.com. They are neither official sites about the subject, nor are they definitive resources. Thus, they do not belong in external links sections. Let me know if you have any questions about this. Thanks, Jweiss11 (talk) 04:29, 12 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to George Sauer, Jr. may have broken the syntax by modifying 1 "[]"s. If you have, don't worry, just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

Frank Dempsey

[edit]

Hey, Tnspro. I notice that you added a June 1, 2013 date of death to the Frank Dempsey. Can you share your source with me? I would like to add it to the article. Thanks. Dirtlawyer1 (talk) 00:21, 6 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent edits

[edit]

Please see the discussion at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject National Football League. I mentioned your recent reverts, which appear to go against the consensus reached in this discussion. If you want to dispute edits, it would be helpful if you could engage in discussion and find a consensus before reverting them. It would be great if we could resolve this apparent disagreement cooperatively. --Batard0 (talk) 07:45, 19 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Tnspro, I left you a note over here. User_talk:Drmies#OldestLivingProFootball.com Sorry you've been having a rough time. Let me know if there is anything I can do, you can leave a message on my talkpage as the fastest way to reach me. Thanks for improving wikipedia, most of us really do want the data here to be correct, and the sources of that correct data to be fully credited, even though sometimes it may not seem thataway. 74.192.84.101 (talk) 16:01, 3 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
