Sentence case

Hi and thank you for your contributions! I just wanted to let you know that Wikipedia's Manual of Style asks that section headers use "sentence case"--i.e. only the first word should be capitalized, unless the header includes a proper noun. For instance a section on "Arts and culture" would only have the A capitalized, but "University of Notre Dame" would have U, N and D all capitalized. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
