Flags

[edit]

Please don't add flags to footballer infoboxes. It is much undesired, especially in the WP:Football community. Thank you. - Dudesleeper / Talk 14:55, 11 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Ronaldo goal

[edit]

Looks like it hit Pepe to me... Xboxandhalo2 (talk) 22:23, 18 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

You're right, it did hit Pepe. But I think the goal will be attributed to Ronaldo. Tkotw12 (talk) 22:29, 18 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Oh I've just always assumed the last offensive player to touch the ball gets credit for the goal. Xboxandhalo2 (talk) 04:08, 19 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Update: They gave it to Pepe. Xboxandhalo2 (talk) 19:22, 19 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Then you were right all along and I'm sorry for correcting you! But I really thought they would give the goal rather to the player who shot the ball than to the player who deflected it unintentionally. No hard feelings! Tkotw12 (talk) 23:26, 19 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Updating grosses

[edit]

Hi,
When you provide the grosses for Sept. 23, you also need to check that the source information is correct.
At the moment, you supposedly were able to find Sept. 23 information on September 21.
Varlaam (talk) 03:53, 25 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Alright, thanks for the advice! Tkotw12 (talk) 15:12, 25 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I have probably made the same booboo at some point. Varlaam (talk) 15:28, 25 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Did we have a time change?
My response is dated before yours. Surreal! Varlaam (talk) 15:30, 25 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Time is relative! But to be on the safe side I corrected it... I used the Central European Time... very confusing... anyway ;-)
Tkotw12 (talk) 18:33, 25 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I liked the way it was before.
It was freaky, man. It's like it was the 1960s and we were trippin', man.
We were high on Wikilove, man.

Edmond Kapllani's 'english'

[edit]

Hello pal, I saw your last fix at Edmond Kapllani in the text sorry my friend but it is really bad english, are you sure that my english isn't correct and your is correct, cause an account who fix those things like "bad english" , didn't do that but did only a word, look is a previous fixed: small fixed. --Eni.Sukthi.Durres (talk) 15:23, 16 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hello my friend, first of all, thanks for your work in the article. You indeed made some minor mistakes. For example: He is young brother of... doesn't work because there is missing an article after is. Still keep up the good work. --Tkotw12 (talk) 15:35, 16 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Is a pleasure for me to work on wikipedia since a little time, but especially to work/update on articles of my national football team's country (who is Albania) and member players of it, as is Edmond Kapllani. This is my story. But why should be an article after is, is on wikipedia rules or some thing? I've based on a another article like Edmond Kapllani, is Ervin Bulku another my national team's country member player and he also have a brother footballer, and there is writted some thing like this, you can see by yourself: Ervin Bulku.Thank you.--Eni.Sukthi.Durres (talk) 19:13, 16 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
It is not a wikipedia rule but an English grammar rule. In the Ervin Bulku article the sentence is fine. In fact, it is now pretty similar to the Kapllani sentence (He is' also the younger brother of...). Best wishes --Tkotw12 (talk) 5:29, 17 December 2013 (UTC)
Thank you for alls was a pleasure to talk here with you. You didn't tell me, where are you from, where you finded Edmond Kapllani ?--Eni.Sukthi.Durres (talk) 16:12, 17 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry, my friend. I'm from Germany. Kapllani once played for Karlsruher SC which is my favourite club. Since then I follow his career. -- Tkotw12 (talk) 17:29, 17 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Get it, hope we work good together, if you need something contact me on my talk-page.--Eni.Sukthi.Durres (talk) 21:10, 17 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
