Your RfA
[edit]Hello there Tjleo209 014, I noticed that you have created a adminship request for yourself. I strongly suggest that you withdraw this application, you do seem to be a nice person, as you stated but that is not enough to become an admin. Administrators are expected to have strong experience in most areas of Wikipedia including WP:AIV, WP:XFD, WP:RFPP, WP:AN/WP:ANI and many other areas as well as having siginifigantly contributed content to the encyclopedia, which means that users rarely ever pass with less that 2000 edits and most candidates will have 4,000-6,000 before they run; you have made a little less than 200 edits. While I commend you desire to help the project by volunteering to serve in an administrative capacity you do not yet meet the expectations of the community and as such I strongly advise you to withdraw your nomination else it will very likely be closed per WP:NOTNOW. - Hi, I wanted to reinforce what Icewedge said. Please don't transclude your RfA. It won't pass, you have far too little experience. Please review the contributions of several current RfA candidates to learn what is expected. Darkspots (talk) 23:26, 11 October 2008 (UTC)
- Just so you know, I courtesy blanked your RfA [1]. I didn't do this to be rude in any way—it's just not a good idea to leave these lying around with the questions answered. For some reason, people with poor impulse control really enjoy finding RfAs that are lying around and transcluding them in whatever state they happen to be in, or commenting in the strongest possible terms, etc. If you want to continue with your RfA, just revert me. Adoption
[edit]Hey, you said you wanted me to adoption you, if you're still interested, I'd be happy to provide that for you. Feel free to browse through my user page more specifically my adoption program and drop me a line if you would like to take it further, regards ——Possum (talk) 22:27, 12 October 2008 (UTC)
- Hey, you've successfully been adopted! Please browse through your lessons here and complete any work on your adoption subpage. Take your time, I'm here to help if you need it. You can contact me by either leaving me a message on my talkpage, your adotion subpage (I have it watchlisted, I urge you to do the same), or by email, good luck! — Possum (talk) 23:30, 12 October 2008 (UTC)
- If say, you wanted to do the 'Permission' assignment, on your adoption subpage, right underneath all that I've added, create a new section by inserting
==Permissions==
or something along those lines, and then continue your lesson underneath. — Possum (talk) 23:59, 12 October 2008 (UTC)

Help with Wikipedia
[edit]Hi—let me know if you ever need any help with Wikipedia. I'm not nearly as good-looking as Ryan, but I usually check in daily and I'm happy to lend a hand if you need any questions answered. Darkspots (talk) 22:27, 12 October 2008 (UTC)
- Haha I'm flattered :D ——Possum (talk) 22:28, 12 October 2008 (UTC)
- And I didn't realize that we'd be posting simultaneously. But the offer is genuine despite the humor. :) Darkspots (talk) 22:30, 12 October 2008 (UTC)
