Thank you for your review and comments. I will remove some ‘peacock’ terms. References throughout are appropriate though as they are to third party websites such as a NSW history project on women in government (not affiliated with article’s subject), a NSW Government report, Hansard (the official records of Australian Parliament) and academic works on history of firefighting in NSW (again, not written by person with connection to subject).

If concerns remain please be more specific about which references problematic and consider adding tags to specific parts of text rather than deny article as a whole. Best wishes. 202.89.141.75 (talk) 19:37, 17 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

The sourcing of this is not clear. For example, the first footnote opens a PDF which turns out to be chapter 3 of some book, but there seems to be no way to see what the book is or who wrote it, let alone date and publisher. Full bibliography would help us see whether these sources are strong ones or not. To be strong sources, they must be reliable secondary sources, not texts written by the organization itself. (Those might be given in a "further reading" section if they are any good.)
