Raytracing Question Ray Tracing (graphics)
[edit]In reference to this render:http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/3/32/Recursive_raytrace_of_a_sphere.png
I was curious to know what effect did you compute? I know it states it in the caption, but I wanted more specifics if possible. What reflection model did you use (Oren-Nayar?), etc. Any specific info on the raytracing algorithms you implemented would be absolutely helpful, thank you! Raytracing
[edit]Good job on Ray tracing (physics). I just wanted to point out that links to plural nouns are almost never correct. WP:NAME requires page names to be singular nouns or gerund verbs, so always link to the singular form of nouns (even if the plural works due to a redirect). You can add an "s" to a link simply by tacking it on to the end after the square brackets: "[[wave]]s" produces "waves".--Srleffler (talk) 15:10, 19 April 2008 (UTC)
Request to move article Ray tracing (graphics) incomplete
[edit]You recently filed a request at Wikipedia:Requested moves to move the page Ray tracing (graphics) to a different title - however your proposal is either incomplete or has been contested as being controversial. As a result, it has been moved to the incomplete and contested proposals section. Requests that remain incomplete after five days will be removed.
Please make sure you have completed all three of the following:
- Added {{move|NewName}} at the top of the talk page of the page you want moved, replacing "NewName" with the new name for the article. This creates the required template for you there.
- Added {{subst:RMtalk|NewName|reason for move}} to the bottom of the talk page of the page you want to be moved, to automatically create a discussion section there.
- Added {{subst:RMlink|PageName|NewName|reason for move}} to the top of today's section here.
If you need any further guidance, please leave a message at Wikipedia talk:Requested moves or contact me on my talk page. - JPG-GR (talk) 17:16, 29 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit]Heya. Some nice pics you've done but, if you're still around, can you help with this problem. Thanks. GDallimore (Talk) 14:15, 1 October 2010 (UTC)
