How does the notice get deleted? Why is the notice about paid contributions there? I see no evidence of that. There are 1000s of articles about people and things that are of much less merit. I'm sorry I am new to Wikipedia, I do appreciate the advice about protocol, but my family has been in the art world for decades and this is a serious artist with serious credits. The notice about the pending deletion will only be removed after the discussion concludes. Deletion discussions normally run a week. If the article is kept, the notice is removed.

The paid-contribution notice is there because an editor had a concern that the bulk of the material has been contributed by people who were paid to edit the article.
