I'm not sure if I replied to you properly or not because it appeared outside the colored box so I'm copying and pasting my question again here:

It was denied by 331dot however from reading the username policy I could not understand what they were talking about and got no answer after repeated requests for clarification. The usernames "Henry Bemis" and "Henry bemis" already exist, which as a technical matter prevents me from renaming your account to "HenryBemis". Close variations are not permitted to prevent confusion and also deliberate impersonation.

Names that read as "TittiesTittiesTitties" don't help us recruit and retain female editors; this is why you were blocked. 331dot (talk) 09:29, 29 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
